Developer, traveler, tinkerer, building things that work, and always learning.

Twenty-plus years deep in Linux, recently migrated my desktop back to Linux (Arch) after a decade on Windows for gaming (finally got fed up). Tech nerd and foodie who tinkers in the home lab and tries to lift heavy things. On again and off again, passionately consumed with martial arts.
Interested in observability, telemetry, AI, reproducible systems, math, literature, statistics, finance, linguistics, philosophy, non-sensical juxtapositions, and building things that don't break at 3am.
Also into anime, games, animals, travel, music, movies, chilling, and once in a while I'll livestream every blue moon.
I have an Ocicat named Caprica Six — but it's Six for short.

I had a personal website back in 2014. It was good. Then I didn't touch it — and for nearly a decade it existed as a blank page that said "hello world."
During winter break 2025, I started mocking things up again. I let that sit too. Then in January 2026, something clicked: it didn't need to be perfect. It just needed to ship.
I'd already built most of it — probably 70% — and I knew if I waited any longer, I'd overthink it, lose context, or get distracted and disappear for another ten years. Launching was the point. Iteration can come later.
This site is the result. I'm happy with where it landed. I hadn't done frontend in years and wanted to make something creative. So I went for it, let's go Eric Man.
It's meant to be viewed on desktop. Mobile users: I'm sorry in advance. :3
Next up: maybe FreeBSD again (i miss it) — and a DIY CDN. Global traffic director to nodes in major regions. Serving US-East for now; EMEA and APAC POPs later should be cool.
Built over late nights and questionable decisions. Thanks for checking it out.
